Q:-Explain the features of topography which are common to all highland areas in pakistan.

Answer:-One feature that is the common one among adjectives the highlands of the country is the ruggedness of these highlands. The highlands in the country are located in the north.

Some of the most notable mountains found within these highlands are Hindu Kush, Karakoram Range and Himalayas, Nanga parbat and there are also the Safed Koh, Sulaiman and Kirthar mountain ranges in these highlands.

The one feature adjectives among all of them is that they are dangerous and rocky and thus make traveling through them difficult. Most of these highlands hold acted as barriers to prevent any kind of movement through them.

These also have some of the Parallel ranges
Height of ranges increasing from north to south
Glaciers
Snow capped peaks
Deep valleys

    not all highlands are in north as western mountains are in west.
    height of ranges increases from south to north.
    there are no glaciers in western mountains.
