Q: Why did Shah Waliullah translated the Holy Quran into Persian? [7]
ANS: Shah Waliullah believed that many of the problems the Muslims faced weredue to their ignorance about Islam and the Holy Quran. He felt that an emphasis on
Quranic teachings would not only improve their knowledge, it would also reduce
sectarianism differences and create a feeling of solidarity. As Arabic was not
widely understood, the average Muslims derived his/her knowledge from the
teachings of Muslim Jurists and theologians. Shah Waliullah recognized that the
tenets of Islam could not be followed properly unless the Holy Quran itself was
understood. In order to spread the teachings of Islam he translated the Holy Quran
into Persian the main language of educated Muslims at that time in the Sub-
Continent.

DeleteI have found Islamic App for Android, I think it’s one of the best comprehensive app designed for Muslims, Tasbeeh, Qibla Direction, Prayer Times, Quran, Prayer Counter are best features of this app. I loved that. For Prayer Times, Hanafi and Shafi methods are available in this app. You can also select a Prayer time convention accordingly. It runs in the background, automatically displaying reminders at the appropriate times each day. You can also activate/deactivate the notifications in order to be informed when it is time, so that you won’t miss any prayer.

ReplyDeleteIt does not have to physically be divided. As long as you include the 3 things needed to answer the question, you are fine. The physical division just makes your answer more appealing

It translates quran in many languages.you can also get the tafseer. It has a tasbeeh counter. Te most amazing thing I 've found out is that it also corrects you when you read an ayat of quran it corrects you and repeat it.. You can hear tilawat in voice of many qaris like misharay rashid abdul basit ad e.t.c
